Custard Pudding Trifle Recipe 

Ingredients (Bottom layer)

  • pandan swiss roll cake
  • 1 canned cocktail fruits

Ingredients (Custard)

  • 1 cup of custard flour
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 cups of fresh milk

Ingredients (Jelly)

  • 1 pckt agar-agar powder
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tsp of syrup rose

Cooking methods (Custard)

  1. Mix custard flour, sugar, fresh milk and stir well.
  2. Cook the mixture using medium heat until thicken and shiny. Set aside.

Cooking methods (Jelly)

  1. Mix agar-agar powder, sugar and water.
  2. Using medium heat, cook until agar-agar powder and sugar perfectly dissolve.
  3. Add in rose syrup, stir and set aside.

Preparation

  1. Arrange pandan swiss roll cake on glass surface and press a bit.
  2. Pour cocktail juice to all surface.
  3. Pour custard and spread well using spoon. Let them cool for while.
  4. Put cocktail fruits and pour in agar-agar mixture on top. Chill for at least 1-2 hours.
  5. Pudding trifle custard ready to be served.
