Resepi Sotong Goreng Kunyit
Bahan-Bahan
- 250gram sotong (dipotong)
- 1 biji bawang Holland/besar (potong bulat)
- 3 ulas bawang putih (hiris)
- 1 biji cili besar (hiris)
- 2 sb serbuk kunyit
- 3 sudu besar sos tiram
- 1 Sudu teh serbuk perasa ayam
- Minyak masak
Nota: Boleh juga ditambah sayuran seperti kacang panjang, lobak merah dan bunga kobis.
Cara memasak
- Gaulkan sotong serbuk kunyit ,sos tiram,garam dan peram antara setengah jam.
- Panaskan minyak dan goreng sotong sehingga garing. Ketepikan sotong tadi sebelah dan masukkan bawang besar,bawang putih dan cili sehingga naik bau .
- Masukkan sotong dan serbuk perasa ayam. Gaul. Siap untuk dihidangkan
Tumeric Squid Stir-Fry Recipe
Ingredients
- 250gram squid (cut)
- 1 holland onion (slice into ring shape)
- 3 cloves of garlics (sliced)
- 1 big chilli (sliced)
- 2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp chicken seasoning powder
- cooking oil
*can add on vegetables like long beans, carrots and cauliflower.
Cooking methods
- Mix the squid with turmeric powder, oyster sauce, salt and marinate for about half an hour.
- Heat the cooking oil and fry the squid until crisp. Put aside the squid and saute the onion, garlic and chilli until fragrant.
- Pour in the squid along with chicken seasoning powder. Mix evenly. Ready to serve.
