Mango Sago Jelly Recipe
Ingredients (Jelly)
- 1 packet agar-agar powder
- 1/2 cup of castor sugar
- 4 cups of water
Ingredients (Milk Mixture)
- 4 cups of water
- 350 gm sago
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup of condensed milk
- 2 cups of fresh milk
- ripe mango
Cooking methods
- Jelly: Cook water until boiling then add in agar-agar powder and castor sugar. Stir until sugar well dissolve.
- Pour the mixture into container and let the agar-agar set.
- After agar-agar fully set, cut them into cube form and set aside.
- Milk mixture: Then, boil water and add in sago. Cook until sago turns into transparent.
- Remove from heat and strain then wash the sago.
- After that, pour in fresh milk, condensed milk and evaporated milk. Stir well.
- Lastly, scoop sago and agar-agar into glass and pour the milk mixture into.
- Serve with ripe mango pieces on top.
- Mango Sago Jelly ready to be served.
